It is an exciting time here with baby boy! Elias is crawling all over the place, sitting up, pulling up, and trying to get walking down pat. He is incredibly active! He walks holding just one of our fingers and can bend down from standing to pick something off the floor and back up.
Elias celebrated his first Christmas and New Year’s! It was so special and magical to watch both of our babies enjoying the joy of Christmas together!
Elias talks a lot and keeps building his vocabulary. He loves to play and loves for us to sing to home.
He has been standing on his own for short periods of time.
He has started clapping his hands. He shakes his head like no but not to say “no.” He just enjoys seeing what his body can do and he laughs when he does it. He loves hiking in his pack and when I stop on the trail he starts wiggling wanting me to keep going! That’s my boy!
He is 3/4 of a year old and I have begun to plan his family birthday celebration! I am excited for it and that he will soon be drinking cow milk and no more formula. What a year to be a formula drinking baby! It has been stressful with the shortages and he has had to drink like 4 or 5 different types. So we are ready for that good cow’s milk! 🙌🏼 🐄 3 more months!
He has been practicing with a sippy cup drinking water.
He is such a joy and a delight and so dang sweet! Happy 9 months, Elias boy!!
