GF + Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread!

 Ingredients:

- 3.5 cups Cassava Flour

- 2 tsp. baking powder

- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp nutmeg

- 1 tsp ground cloves

- 4 eggs

- 2/3 cup water

- 2 cups of pumpkin or two cans

- liquid stevia (desired amount - I eyeball this)

- 1 cup melted down/ softened coconut oil

- 1 cup Lily's dark chocolate chips (You can find these in the baking aisle at Wal-mart). These are sugar free and keto friendly for those following that lifestyle. My sister introduced me. I just like to cut out as much sugar as possible. 


Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 350F

- Butter or coconut oil or olive oil a loaf pan whichever you prefer.

-Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then evenly disperse into loaf pan.

-Bake for 1 hour
