This was our second Halloween attending Sassy Stables for their party! Ellie loves horses so last year I found this place for her and just loved that it was so personal and also so beautiful.
Sassy Stables is located in Greer with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We came to attend their Halloween Party but they offer so much more on the regular. This precious farm offers birthday parties, Date night packages, horse rides for purchase for the experience, and riding lesson sessions. They offer a unique experience in all they give as well. Their passion is evident and they are all always so friendly, patient, and welcoming. The owner once told me, "This is our dream!" It is so cool to see people living their dream happily and providing so much to others as they live out that dream. They are truly a blessing to the upstate. I personally plan to purchase Ellie some individual rides as she loves it so much and maybe in the near future, get her involved in riding lessons. I LOVE how convenient they make these lessons. Look into it...you do it on YOUR schedule at your convenience if you cannot sign up for a weekly lesson. Which is awesome.
The Halloween event is so fun. Each child's ticket was $15. This included a ride on a horse, her choice of a pumpkin from the patch which she then got to decorate, petting the horses, bunnies, and chickens, picking a candy treat from the cauldron, a sack race, and a lot of cute photo set ups. This day, Abbott's Frozen Custard was there with a little cart. Ellie got cinnamon bun flavored ice cream and LOVED it!
We always enjoy our time here and feel so happy and comfortable when on their farm, It is small, charming, and beautiful and so family oriented!
