Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins made Healthy!

 


Ingredients:

* 1.5 cup cassava flour

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 3/4 tsp. baking soda

* 2.5 tsp ground cinnamon

* 1/2 tsp ground cloves

* 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

* 4 large eggs

* 3/4 cup pumpkin

* Liquid stevia...desired amount - but don't get crazy haha! A little goes a long way.

* 1tsp. vanilla extract

* 1/2 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips (sugar free!!)


Instructions:

* Preheat oven to 350F

* Mix all ingredients in the bowl

* Place in muffin cups evenly

* Bake for 23 minutes.
